Return policy.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at e11futbolshop@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the return, you can contact us at any time at e11futbolshop@gmail.com

ORDERING POLICIES

e11F does not accept returns. Requests for exchanges, reports of errors or damaged items, or any other requests for order changes must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out! 

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES will be subject to a processing fee of $15 per item. Please email e11futbolshop@gmail.com in order to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
